Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act could bring people with dangerous weapons to New York, since so many other states allow mentally ill criminals to obtain concealed weapons permits. He cites no facts or data whatsoever to support this claim. With all respect due a U.S. Senator, he’s an idiot.
